Habits are again just something that we have learnt and tended to serve some form of purpose.  They then tend to become just something you do because you have always done it so the time comes when it is time to give the habit up. Habit breaking includes:

Spiders

Snakes

Toilets

Vomiting

Agoraphobia

Blood

Chickens

Claustrophobia

Dentist
Flying

Injections

Lifts

Escalators

Mice and rats

Restaurants
(eating out in public places)
